The location turned out to be particularly good and fantastic. The staffs were extremely friendly & amicable...

It was maximum 10 minutes drive to the airport.

hotel is excellently located at the dfw. we were at the car return in 15 minutes. hotel is nicely renovated and clean. bed was big enough.

personnel at the check in was pretty grumpy. hotel is very sensitive and our room smelled a bit musty. breakfast was solala, if you ever found the breakfast room.

I appreciated hotel's good and incredible location. The room I booked was new-fashioned and big, complete with super comfortable beds, a/c and the shower. Extremely friendly and amicable staff who were always there to help.

The location, close to the airport in case of transit is perfect... The return shuttle service was perfect this time... The morning receptionist, unlike her evening colleagues, was very charming and attentive.

We waited at the airport for 1 hour for the shuttle, it never arrived despite 3 calls to the reception... We finally had to take a taxi which cost us 26 dollars and no commercial gesture from the establishment in spite of our complaints when we arrived at the reception... staff wasn't very attentive when we arrived and receptionist barely explained to us where our room was.

I appreciated the hotel, its fantastic location and my beautiful room.

Big room. Clean, well-equipped.

Nothing serious but a little disappointed by the indoor pool a little sad. It's a little bit like a garage with neon lights. No shops nearby.

clever location to the airport, lyft and uber always fast to place, free airport shuttle. rooms in the new building spacious, bath as well, everything very clean.

restaurant is more of a bistro. food is okay, nothing more. breakfast was not convincing.

Had a blast with my friends here! We visited the Toyota Music Factory and enjoyed the movie theater. The hotel was clean, and the staff was super friendly. I appreciated the easy shuttle service , made getting around easy.

The pool room was closed , a letdown since we were hoping to relax by the pool. There was just coffee for breakfast-no food options, so don't expect a full meal.

Terrible service and dirty. The alleged supervisor over housekeeping couldn't speak English but she understood it when I said it in Spanish she wouldn't tell me her name and told me she would bring towels and blankets that were missing and changed the bed spread that was stained NONE of that happened. So I called the front desk and they said I (yes I ) could come get it. So I asked for refund and said I was leaving and the front desk said no I said ok I will have charges reversed from my card so I did and my bank is taking action now. Beware stay away!!!!!!!
