We visited the Toyota Music Factory and enjoyed the movie theater. The hotel was clean, and the staff was super friendly. I appreciated the easy shuttle service which made getting around a breeze.

The pool room was closed during our stay, which was a letdown since we were hoping to relax by the pool. Also, there was just coffee for breakfast—no food options, so don't expect a full meal.

Humidity in the room quickly became uncomfortable, and it felt too muggy for a good night's sleep. The pool area left much to be desired. it needed cleaning and some major upkeep. On top of that, a TV without a remote left me frustrated, and the noise from the lobby was disruptive during the night.

I had a nice stay overall, especially loved the comfy beds and the delicious tacos at the on-site restaurant. The hotel shuttle was timely and the pool area was refreshing after my long trip. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly when I asked to move rooms because the bed had me itching. I laid in the bed and started getting bitten, switched rooms, and it got better!
